The Central Operations Support Executive role is a vital position that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of sellers. This individual will be responsible for remotely monitoring and supporting daily metrics, triggering field support as needed, conducting audits, managing stakeholders within and outside Amazon, and implementing new processes.
This team supports both inbound and outbound operations via voice and non-voice channels. The ideal candidate must be willing to work on weekends and adapt to shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient execution of operations.
- Train and direct sellers on norms and practices, including execution and adherence.
- Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and propose features and processes to improve the seller experience.
- Be prepared to work on weekends.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with SQL.
