Job Title: Course Anchor

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Course Anchor for the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) Examination. The Course Anchor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, guiding candidates, and ensuring successful outcomes in the IBBI examination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs for IBBI examination candidates
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive course materials and study resources
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the training program
  • Conduct mock exams, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes
  • Evaluate candidate performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course content
  • Ensure compliance with IBBI guidelines and examination standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, or related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and IBBI regulations
  • Proven training and teaching experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in insolvency or bankruptcy
  • Experience in exam preparation and training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

About this Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and its application in the Indian market. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

In addition to their technical expertise, the Course Anchor will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of instructors. They will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
