**Job Title:** Vice President – Software Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our software engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing platform engineering strategy aligned with product and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global R&D roadmap and product transformation initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
  • Oversee development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Makes technical decisions balancing engineering, business, and customer needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, stability, and security.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and foster a data-driven engineering culture.
  • Represent engineering to senior stakeholders and report on progress and challenges.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 20+ years in software engineering, with 15+ years in SaaS platform/product development.
  • Proven leadership managing teams of 100+ engineers across diverse skill sets.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing.
  • Strong understanding of software and infrastructure cost management.
  • Technical skills: Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, front-end technologies; familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and building engineering talent pipelines.
