Leadership Role for Delivery Excellence

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head and oversee our delivery team, ensuring high-quality solutions are effectively delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide a team of project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
  • Support talent acquisition and development initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and manage expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Guide the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
  • Develop and mentor next-level delivery leaders.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for multi-customer portfolios with time and materials, fixed-price contracts.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Will to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
