- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with sponsors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or business development within the live events industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorship deals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
