Technical Implementation Specialist

A center of excellence specializes in HR solutions including implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), and migration projects. It partners with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Cegid.

The ideal candidate will handle the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) modules including integrations, reports, and customizations.

  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex integrations using Studio ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Integrations Consultant with a focus on Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of architecture including EIBs and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts REST/SOAP APIs XML XSLT and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to join within 1-3 months.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in the IT field.
  • Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
  • Familiarity with application management services (AMS).
  • Knowledge of data security standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
