Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Program Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Support Program in assigned states.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in education program implementation, with a strong understanding of rural development principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and implementation of Quality Support Program
  • Ensuring optimization of usage and improvement of school infrastructure and facilities
  • Activating critical processes in schools such as sports, assembly, schedule, library, SDP, Student committees, Forum, Teacher professional development, and other student-centred activities and events
  • Ensuring smooth academic and co-scholastic operations throughout the year
  • Assisting in formulation of Annual Operating Plan and submitting monthly budget provision and projection
  • Monitoring day-to-day expenses of region
  • Supporting recruitment of Academic mentor/Trainer in consultation with HR
  • Networking and liaison with stakeholders to build long-term partnerships
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Rural Development or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in education program implementation
  • Strong understanding of rural development principles
  • Proven track record of experience in planning and implementing large-scale programs
