Job Overview

The Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in leading clients through the implementation of Clinical software. This is a skilled position that requires experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client/project need and build strong relationships with the client.
  • Develop and manage implementation project lifecycles effectively.
  • Manage client expectations, outcomes, and timelines successfully.
  • Efectively communicate with the client to define what is in scope versus out of scope.
  • Keep the project in scope and on time by making informed decisions.
  • Efectively lead meetings and direct team/client solutions to anticipate and overcome obstacles.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the client during implementation.
  • Update client and internal management on project status, issues, additional scope.
  • Manage issue escalations and provide direction as necessary.
  • Efectively communicate recommendations to management.
  • Promote team and client collaboration to establish and improve best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by advocating for client needs and product requests to support teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Project Management experience.
  • Strong working skills within a team.
  • Conflict resolution abilities.
  • Effective Time Management.
  • Communication/multi-tasking skills.
  • US Clinical Healthcare experience required.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in client facing roles.
