We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our franchise acquisition strategy.
Job OverviewThe Franchise Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. This involves evaluating market trends, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing effective strategies for lead generation and closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate high-potential business regions for franchise development and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong networks with competitor franchisees and assess their offerings.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive franchisee onboarding closures.
- Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
