
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our client base.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
