The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will have expertise in developing and growing high-performing teams, as well as a proven track record of leading successful compliance and certification efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement software delivery processes that meet regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish qualification requirements
  • Establish strategic relationships with external working groups and committees

Requirements:

You must have a strong background in engineering and process management, with experience in agile environments. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of developing and growing high-performing teams, as well as leading successful compliance and certification efforts.
