Job Title:
Tech Support Engineer - Mission Critical Solutions

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mission-critical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for our customers' critical services.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms, including OS, Networking, and Database in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve live production incidents, debug/troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
- Deploy and configure Push-To-Talk applications and networks for communication across servers.
- Monitor network performance, application performance, and service integrity.

**Requirements:**
- Basic Networking Protocols
- Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
- Web-based applications debugging skills
- Knowledge of Docker and Azure Basics [Understanding of Virtualized Environments]
- Basic understanding of AWS CloudWatch
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer calls.

**Nice to Have Skills:**
- Azure DevOps
- Databases
- Linux Administration and Shell Scripting
- Kubernetes and Docker
