This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Tech Support Specialist. As part of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering technical support to field teams on various low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. You will also be responsible for leading technical discussions with customers to resolve and root cause analysis.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can manage the competency of direct and partner engineers for LV and MV domains. Your expertise will be essential in working with manufacturing, engineering, research and development, and global teams on technical subjects.

You will be responsible for product lifecycle management for LV and MV products, including key technical expertise for identified accounts. Additionally, you will ensure that safety guidelines and execution discipline are adhered to.

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience on LV and MV domains. Field experience on LV and MV products is also essential.
