We're looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a difference.
What You'll Do
- Own and resolve technical issues from first touch to final fix
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
- Collaborate across teams to understand customer needs and deliver timely resolutions
- Provide DevOps support for mission-critical applications
- Build and maintain support documentation, scripts, and debugging guides
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or Product Support roles
- Must have Strong skills in Python, Shell/Bash scripting, SQL, and Linux
- Proven troubleshooting ability in enterprise environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based platforms is a plus.
