Job Description
Role: Kofax Support Engineer
Location: Offshore – India
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for 5+ years of .NET technologies' experience as Kofax Support Engineer.
Technical Skills:
· Expertise in Kofax Total Agility , Transformation Module , and Kofax Insights/Analytics .
· Experience with .NET technologies for automation solutions.
· Strong knowledge of database management and SQL .
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft Office products.
· Ability to configure and troubleshoot peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
· Excellent communication skills for customer support
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provides first-level technical support to customers via phone, web, and email.
· Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Kofax Capture products .
· Works closely with Subject Matter Experts and senior engineers to escalate undocumented issues.
· Requires problem-solving skills , knowledge of Windows/Mac OS , and experience with Microsoft Office products .
· Must be able to configure and troubleshoot peripheral devices like printers and scanners
Behavioral Skills :
· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.
· Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
· Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience Kofax Support Engineer.
· Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
