Senior Backend Developer for Mission-Critical Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our core tech team. In this hands-on role, you will help design, build, and scale mission-critical backend systems that power fintech solutions used by thousands of businesses daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.">
  • Take end-to-end ownership of microservices for payments, credit workflows, onboarding, etc.">
  • Collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.">
  • Optimize performance and reliability with Redis caching, efficient DB design, and robust coding practices.">
  • Write clean, maintainable, and test-driven code in a modern CI/CD environment.">
  • Refactor and improve legacy systems for scalability and maintainability.">
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills.">
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, collections, exception handling, and logging frameworks.">
  • Solid experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.">
  • Proficient in SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis).">
  • Hands-on with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, Maven, Git.">
  • Familiarity with AWS is a plus.">
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.">
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.">
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.">
