About Mission-Critical Software Engineering Roles:

We are seeking skilled software engineers to provide on-call support in a mission-critical environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting cross-platform issues, handling OS, Networking, and Database in a cloud-based SaaS environment, and driving Push-To-Talk solution issues to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complicated issues in a cloud-based SaaS environment
  • Deploy the Push-To-Talk application and configure the network for communication across servers
  • Monitor network performance, application performance, and service integrity
  • Develop tools and provide web services to parse application logs, system health information, and network captures
  • Automate monitoring of Key Performance Indicators of the Push-To-Talk solution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, networking, and Linux/Unix administration
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix Administration, Web-based applications debugging, Docker, Azure, and AWS CloudWatch
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to tackle customer calls
