Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

The position involves providing top-notch support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Ideal candidates possess excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and educate them to prevent future problems.
  • Provide timely, engaging, and responsive support to clients and internal team members.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Autotrader products and services and adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Develop or improve internal systems knowledge and be flexible in adjusting to changing duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • High secondary diploma with 3 years' experience in a related field; OR any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Internet-based tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, unerring attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to take ownership of every interaction and find a solution for every customer.
