
Data Driven Retention Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled retention expert to join our team and take on the critical challenge of preventing user churn and reactivating lapsed listeners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying at-risk users, developing strategies to save them or bring them back, and working closely with our data team to leverage predictive models and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- At-Risk User Intervention (Churn Prevention):
- Identify Churn Signals: Work with the data team to leverage predictive models and your own analysis to identify listeners showing signs of disengagement or a high risk of churning.
- Develop Strategies: Develop and implement targeted strategies to prevent user churn and reactivate lapsed listeners.
- User Retention:
- Understand Why Users Churn: Conduct thorough analysis to understand why users are churning and develop strategies to address these issues.
- Implement Solutions: Implement solutions to prevent user churn and improve overall user experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
