Eco Sys Expert

We're seeking an experienced Eco Sys professional to implement and operationalize Eco Sys Hexagon for project portfolio management and project controls.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in PPM Project Controls, with hands-on configuration and administration of Eco Sys. They will also possess strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge, as well as proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, and IICS.

They will be able to configure and design Eco Sys portfolios, projects, contracts, and modules, and establish baselines, progress capture, and EACEVM calculations. They will also be skilled in building portfolio and project dashboards, KPIs, cost schedule performance funding vs actuals, and leveraging EcoSys reports.

In addition, the Eco Sys expert will engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams, manage change requests, and conduct user training. They must be a motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Eco Sys Portfolios, Projects, Contracts, and Modules
  • Establish Baselines, Progress Capture, and EACEVM Calculations
  • Build Portfolio and Project Dashboards, KPIs, Cost Schedule Performance Funding vs Actuals
  • Translate Governance into Eco Sys Processes, Gates, Approvals, Auditability, Author SOPs, Runbooks, and Conduct User Training
