Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Ecosystem Operations Specialist.

  • Your Role

    You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our partner ecosystem, including responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries related to the Nextwave partner program. Your tasks may involve:

    1. Assisting channel partners with access to the partner portal
    2. Ensuring accurate data management within the partner program
    3. Handling deal registration exceptions and troubleshooting issues
    4. Updating and maintaining data in the Partner Locator tool
    5. Supporting partner applications and onboarding processes
    6. Liaising with cross-functional teams to address stakeholder queries
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills for presenting information to various stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with G-suite tools
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, SFDC, and data governance practices

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to take ownership of business domains and manage processes, ensuring accountability to stakeholders.
