Main Responsibilities:

  3. Support cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Growth teams.
  4. Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retention purposes.
  5. Create plans to increase our market share.
  6. Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters.
  7. Establish relationships with local authorities for effective supply management.
  8. Develop strategies to onboard new and active drivers.
  9. Take ownership of new projects and initiatives to enhance our brand image.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing large operational teams.
  • Grittiness and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with data analysis expertise.

  • A deep understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
