ServiceNow CMDB Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of ServiceNow CMDB Developer. The successful candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Design and develop the CMDB schema to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Implement data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. We are looking for a talented individual who can provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the CMDB.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

The candidate should have experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform, proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams, in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices, and experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
