Job Title

A Solution Consultant with a focus on ServiceNow OTM is required to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Develop a good understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Understand industrial control systems and OT network functions, with knowledge of the Purdue Model architecture.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/Unix administrations and PowerShell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and writing SQL queries.
  • Ability to script automated processes, including business rules, script actions, and configuration enhancements.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training materials for projects.
  • Implementing the CSDM framework for Operational Technology, with end-to-end data alignment process documentation including CMDB and CSDM processes and procedures.
  • Develop training materials and train stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Help identify issues, gather data, analyze, and present solutions.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
  • Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
