The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB
  • Developing and executing JavaScript utilities
  • Providing estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases
  • Undertaking regular implementation and code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards
  • Assisting with updates to program specification/implementation documentation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines
  • 4-8+ years of development experience
  • 2-6+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components
  • Hands-on experience with applicable programming methodologies: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS
  • Experience using Agile Framework and Scaled Agile Framework
