Job Title: ServiceNow Interview Trainer

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow developer with minimum 10 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration and solutioning. The trainer will prepare candidates for ServiceNow interviews through structured training programs, real-time scenarios and mock sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interview training sessions on major ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD and CSM.
  • Provide module-wise interview question preparation from basic to advanced levels.
  • Conduct mock interviews simulating real-world interview panels.
  • Guide candidates on resume preparation, certifications and career path.
  • Deliver scenario-based problem solving and whiteboard practice.
  • Prepare training materials and case studies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of real-world implementations, scripting and integrations.
  • Must have faced and conducted ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
  • Good communication and mentoring skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS in multiple modules).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical expertise, effective communication skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
