Job Title: Experienced ServiceNow Developer with Strategic Portfolio Management Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned developer to contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with process managers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to drive results.
  • Develop strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow, including standard IT technologies.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design to delivery.
  • Ensure timely delivery of day-to-day technical tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SPM and related integration development experience.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Integration, data source, and transform map experience.
  • ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations implementation.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security issues.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining data integrations for accuracy and consistency.
