ServiceNow SPM Developer Opportunity

This role involves working on solution design, development, integrations, automations, upgrades, and platform stability to ensure seamless delivery of strategic portfolio management capabilities.

As a senior ServiceNow developer, you will act as the administrator for our organization's SPM system with strong experience in various modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, and Financial Planner Workspace.

The key responsibilities of this role include conducting requirements gathering and solution design, performing impact assessment on new solutions and enhancements, configuring scripts, catalog forms, and workflows, and managing code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts.

You will also troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems, implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub, handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment, and perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues.

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for a team player who can collaborate with other teams for issue resolution and defect fixes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience, a strong understanding of the SPM product suite, and proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration.

The required skills and qualifications for this role include knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub, experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support, and ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks.
