We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our strategic portfolio management initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing multi-year roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value through collaboration with global teams.

This position requires strong leadership and program management skills, including the ability to manage small-scale programs with well-defined plans and delivery methodologies. The successful candidate will also drive large-scale, cross-functional programs strategically, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including design and quality, through the product development process to ensure successful project completion and business goals.
  • Plan and manage portfolio-level AOP/budget, with accountability for financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Foster liaison relationships between operating units and global teams.
  • Present analysis and updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment, as well as lead simplification initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure end products or processes solve business problems.
  • Recommend new policies and procedures affecting program management.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will require a Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, with software experience. Additionally, 18+ years of overall IT experience and 10+ years of project management experience in medical devices are essential.

  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI or other tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or ART experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is beneficial.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies.
  • Familiarity with medical technology product/software/R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory processes (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to influence all customers.

As a Program Director, you will possess exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, negotiating, managing change, goal setting, planning, and organizing teamwork abilities. You must be able to address difficult situations, resolve conflicts, and work under resource constraints and problem-solving environments.
