Job Title: Product Portfolio Leader

As a seasoned product portfolio leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective product planning, pricing strategies, and inventory management. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandising Planning & Forecasting
    • Develop and execute merchandising plans and forecasts that drive demand, annual sales, and gross contribution.
  • Pricing, Promotion, & Markdown Strategies
    • Design and implement pricing, promotion, and markdown strategies to maximize margins and drive sales growth.
  • Product Portfolio Management
    • Manage the entire product portfolio, including new product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee inventory norms, stock turns, and new store indenting processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Channel & Store Productivity
    • Collaborate with sales and retail operations teams to improve channel and store productivity.
  • Policy Updates, Training, & People Development
    • Contribute to policy updates, training programs, and people development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant experience in jewellery, fashion, or garments, with strong category management, analytical, customer orientation, detail orientation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. They must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a customer-centric approach to drive business results.
