Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Management professional to manage our business continuity plans across the US and India.

This role will require you to collaborate with our business teams to develop strategies that align with our global business needs.

The primary requirement is to deploy and maintain an adequate and effective business continuity framework for our offices.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of enterprise business continuity planning and be able to work independently.

  • Manage business continuity plans across the US and India.
  • Partner with business departments to develop and maintain business impact analysis and business continuity plans.
  • Consult with plan owners and coordinators to complete the annual lifecycle of business impact analysis, BC plan update, walkthroughs, and sign-off.
  • Provide support to plan owners at time of event.
  • Be on call as per rotation and available at time of event.
  • Support enterprise business resilience program with data governance.
  • Develop and maintain a robust IT business continuity plan.
  • Data quality monitoring and report generation.
  • Prepare ad-hoc presentations and create dashboards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in managing business continuity planning.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within an enterprise business resilience or business continuity role.
  • Ability to support during US hours i.e., 5:00 pm to 1:00 am IST.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure and with aggressive time constraints.
  • Knowledge of business continuity areas (BC planning/documentation, BIA, crisis management).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as a member of a geographically diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Availability for 'on-call' duties in support of any incidents or events occur outside business hours.
Experience
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in managing business continuity planning.
  • BCP certification CBCP, CBCI, MBCP, MBCI is desirable.
