Position Overview

We seek a skilled and experienced individual to perform management information, PMO and administration role for Business Continuity Management. The role will be based out of Bangalore and requires close collaboration with business teams in India and US, hence supporting during India and US hours (5:00 pm to 01:00 am IST).

Role

  • Manage data administration of India Business Continuity plans in Archer/Riskonnect.
  • Collaborate with support functions to update headcount and phone numbers in the Emergency Notification System.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and reach out to employees to monitor global workforce concentration.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and scheduled reports.
  • As a contributor to the Business Resilience Office, this role works independently with business functions to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans according to corporate pre-defined requirements.
  • Contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives and collaborate with multiple business functions.
  • Provide support to Plan Owners and Business Continuity Manager at time of event.
  • Be available as per rotation followed by the team and be available at the time of event.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Maintain effectiveness under pressure and aggressive time constraints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Able to work 'on-call' duties in support of any incidents or events outside business hours.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Riskonnect, Everbridge advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing Business Continuity Planning or Program Management Office or internal reporting team.
  • BCP certification desirable.
