Job Title: Chief Data Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Data Architect to spearhead the development of large-scale data processing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable architectures.

About the Role:

The Chief Data Architect will be responsible for overseeing the entire data lifecycle, from data ingestion to storage and analysis. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, delivering solutions, and ensuring data integrity.

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage architectures
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate data insights into business decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer or Chief Data Architect
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

A plus if you have:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as GCP or AWS
  • Knowledge of streaming data processing frameworks, such as Apache Kafka or Apache Flink
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
