Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and experience in sales, account management, and relationship building to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with regional branches to promote products
  • Take full accountability for all aspects of sales in the branch
  • Prospect for new customers through client acquisition, network, database, references, and open market
  • Liaise with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to sell specific schemes identified by the Business Head

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating Investor Awareness Programs
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers
  • Penetration of targeted key accounts and origination of upselling opportunities
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans
  • Channel development and networking skills for achieving Channel Sales

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Account management and presentation skills
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory framework

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA and Graduate with 2 – 5 years of industry experience
  • Good knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets (an added advantage)
  • MFD Certified
