Digital Business Transformation Specialist

Job Description
This role involves supporting clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation. The primary goal is to enhance operational efficiency and productivity through the implementation of lean digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a roadmap for process improvement, leveraging methodologies such as lean, six sigma, and business process re-engineering.
- Work closely with global leads to deliver projects on time and within budget, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide strategic direction and support to business analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead initiatives that engage senior stakeholders and promote standardization across global processes.
- Drive productivity growth, improve operational excellence, and champion automation solutions.
- Implement RPA, macros, visualization dashboards, and other tools to mitigate process issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement in-scope continuous improvement projects, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Methodology
- Experience in driving RPA program implementation and deployment across platforms
- Extensive knowledge of F&A domain and leading transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement using lean and six sigma methodology
- Strong project management skills and influencing abilities
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in F&A Domain – OTC
- Client-facing consulting experience
