Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and evolution of our intermodal product, spearheading strategic initiatives and delivering business transformation centered around exim/domestic rail and trucking operations.

This leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and overall profitability, while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The successful candidate will lead a large portfolio of intermodal businesses, managing P&L and overseeing financial and operating performance. They will also be responsible for formulating and executing plans to optimize network efficiency and develop strong partnerships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics and transportation management, with a strong background in rail product development and operations. They will have excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and experience in leading large teams and managing change initiatives.
