Branch Sales Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services.
  • SOURCE AND SECURE NEW BUSINESS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL GROWTH FOR THE COMPANY PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW BUSINESS TARGETS.
  • Provide professional advice and service to clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry-related news, competitor activity, product knowledge, and continuously develop skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the Annual Sales & Marketing plan and focus on key target customers/groups in assigned areas/locations.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to collect on accounts and define credit terms for timely payment and customer retention.
  • Participate in workshops and training programs as offered.
  • Lead, hire, and supervise team members as direct reportees in your assigned state, approximately 15-20 reportees.
  • Manage the entire state with team members depending on area potential.
  • Ensure assigned targets for your state are met.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet given targets.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
