Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our business unit, driving team performance and meeting daily service level metrics with high accuracy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall accountability to internal and external stakeholders for specific engagements. They will manage claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment and delegation of workload.

To succeed in this role, the individual must have a deep understanding of our practice and portfolio objectives, and drive strategy for assigned portfolios. They will also be responsible for driving transformation projects, implementing digital assets and standardizing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Driving project execution within timelines and delivering on time and budget

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
  • Experience managing large teams and driving revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Overall Accountability: Responsible for overall accountability to internal and external stakeholders for specific engagements
  • Claim Personnel Management: Manage claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment and delegation of workload
  • Portfolio Objectives: Have a deep understanding of our practice and portfolio objectives and drive strategy for assigned portfolios
  • Transformation Projects: Drive transformation projects, implement digital assets and standardize methodologies
