Job Title: Strategic Business Technology Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead our business technology strategy and drive digital transformation.

This role involves collaborating with business leaders to understand their goals, developing comprehensive business architecture strategies, and ensuring alignment with IT objectives.

  • Develop and implement an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation by evaluating and selecting technology platforms that align with the enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and domains such as energy, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, and BFS.
  • Deep expertise in process re-engineering, process mining, and process tool frameworks.
  • Fair knowledge of gen AI, cloud computing, data analytics, DevSecOps, and business application portfolio rationalization.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • EAM tool experience and EA certifications are preferable.
