Procurement Support Specialist

As a procurement support specialist, you will provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses. Your key responsibilities will include supporting Coupa P2P modules, monitoring system performance, resolving technical and functional issues in a timely manner, working closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions, managing user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa, and supporting integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
