Job Summary

A seasoned procurement expert is sought to oversee the acquisition of construction materials, services, and contracts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing timely and cost-effective solutions for ongoing projects.

About the Role
  • Identify and coordinate with reputable vendors and suppliers for construction-related materials.
  • Assist in planning, sourcing, and procuring materials and services based on project timelines and budgets.
  • Negotiate with vendors on prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders while ensuring adherence to company policies and timely approvals.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align purchase timelines with budget utilization.
  • Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities, vendor communications, and purchase records.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: B.Com / Supply Chain Management / MBA
  • Minimum Experience: 3–5 years in procurement (real estate/construction industry preferred)
  • Software Knowledge: MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems
  • Skills: Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills
