About the Role

As a Telehealth Consultation Doctor with CareMeez, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality tele-consultations to patients in your area of specialization. This will involve reviewing patient history, listening to their health concerns, and offering expert advice based on medical ethics and confidentiality.

You'll also be required to issue secure digital prescriptions via our system, ensuring seamless continuity of care for our patients.

Key Performance Indicators include managing consultations, scheduled calls, and chat-based advice per minute, all while maintaining exceptional communication skills in English/Hindi (regional language a plus).

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Hold a minimum MBBS degree, with post-graduate specialization in MD/DM/DNB preferred.
  • Possess valid registration with NMC / MCI / State Medical Council.
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Show proficiency in using teleconsultation tools and possess strong tech-savviness.
  • Excel in communicating complex medical information effectively in English/Hindi (regional language a plus).
