Facilities Executive Responsibilities



  • Prioritizing the facilities' needs
  • Managing all aspects of day-to-day service delivery in WNS during the shift
  • Accountable for proper usage and functionality of technologies implemented at site
  • Qualifications: Degree, 2-6 years of experience
  • Industry Type: FM Services, IT, Hotel

General Operations Responsibilities



  • Upkeep of breakout area & reprographic equipment's at all times
  • All communication is entered in the log book to inform the next shift person
  • Facility walk around and ensure Walk around map & Guide is followed and maintained
  • Adhere to Client Policies, Processes & procedures and also the statutory documents
  • Client SLA & KPI as agreed with JLL
  • Assist Facility Manager in all such ISO, Internal, External, audits that happen at WNS and ensure necessary documentation are done
  • Cordinate with engineering team for any issues that need help
  • Organizing induction program for all TPV & Jll staff
  • Plan & train TPV staff on Client policies and requirements
  • VIP client visits to be coordinated with Client team and should be managed without escalations
  • Should have complete knowledge & functionality e.Fit tools ( VMT, IMT, Site Ops. Site Inspection tool) ,BGC and work permit tool
  • Should govern overall pest control, carpet maintenance, Wellness room, Indoor plants, Recreation room and Gym activities
  • Conduct all the scheduled meeting and focus meets with projects as per calendar
  • Participate and manage half yearly fire drill
  • All daily, weekly and monthly reports to be shared on time
  • All the relevant checklist to be governed and maintained as per requirement
  • Aadopt to all the new implemented initiatives
  • Handling of security, EHS incidents on priority and communicating the same as per escalation matrix

About this role


In this role, you will oversee the property's day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions, security issues and facility services are covered. You will strive for continuous improvement in the process.


You will also keep an eye out on the property's supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, you will manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.


In addition, you will help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, and handling crisis management and business continuity plans. You will also be on top of health and safety issues that may arise, and actively participate in reviewing them.


Also part of your mandate is to monitor the property's budget. As the person in charge, you will make sure that there's enough petty cash to support operations. You will also see to it that vendor invoice processes comply with standards.


Your Requirements


To succeed in this role, you must have strong knowledge of property operations and solid background in team management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years' experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
