Job Opportunity:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive in our Reservation department. The primary focus will be overseeing the accuracy of reservations put into our system by individual hotels according to our established guidelines.

The successful candidate will ensure all reservations are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and problem-solving skills. They will also be required to maintain effective communication and follow up with business-to-business clients to whom credit has been extended when necessary.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or a related field
  • Knowledge of hotel booking procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or executive role within the reservation or front office department of a reputable hotel establishment
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Verify and update reservation information in our database
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the reservation process
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and hotel staff
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates as needed
