We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our travel operations in an entry-level capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.
  • Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for flight reservations and changes.
  • Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.
  • Ensure accurate ticket issuance and passenger name record management.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of travel is preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS system is required.
  • Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules is essential.
  • Strong English communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts is a plus.
  • Experience handling U.S. or international clients is a significant advantage.
