**Job Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to electrical trainees, conducting assessments and providing feedback, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and improve training content.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Laboratory Preparation: Prepare practical technical laboratories for demonstration of concepts.
  • Field Installation: Arrange field installations with engineers and technicians working on live projects.
  • Examination Management: Prepare examination questions, answers, and work with the exams committee for marking and submission of grades.
  • Trainee Development: Recommend trainees for industry placement and provide mentorship to accomplish trainees during field work.
  • Training Materials Acquisition: Liaise with external training vendors to acquire the latest training materials and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team to deliver desired results at the workplace.
  • Work Planning: Plan and organize work to meet expected outcomes.
