Business Growth Specialist

In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by distributing intimate care products to retail shops. Your objectives include generating secondary sales for assigned distributors, managing a team of at least 8-9 distributors, and achieving daily productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities- To generate secondary sales, you will need to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales volumes with existing distributors.
- You will manage a team of at least 8-9 distributors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets.
- It is crucial that you achieve daily productivity targets, which includes meeting sales quotas, managing inventory levels, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or distribution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with intimate care products and industry trends
