Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Data Science and Analytics department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, goals, and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Communication: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, requirement gathering, use case modeling).
  • Software Skills: Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
