
Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via video conferencing platforms, showcasing the value of our product to meet specific needs and address queries effectively.
- Nurture leads from identified potential customers, implementing follow-up procedures to convert them into active customers.
- Manage customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6-24 months in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confidently demonstrate products to potential customers, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, empathy, and understanding.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets, motivated by the challenge of converting leads into successful customers.
- Fluency in Hindi: Communicate effectively with customers who prefer to converse in Hindi.
