Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Own the paid media budget — making strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Work closely with external agencies or partners when needed to support campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset — you're comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
